All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

• Standard Shipping: FREE (2 to 4 business days)
• Expedited Shipping: Not currently available

European Union (EU)

• Standard International: £14.99 (2 to 11 business days)
• Please note: We currently do not ship to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Rest of the World

• Standard International: £23.99 (3 to 17 business days)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in our prices. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
• If your tracking number isn’t updating, please allow 48 hours for the system to refresh.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact hello@myido.co.uk with your order number and details.
• In the event of incorrect address details being provided, we are not responsible for reshipment costs.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened & unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Faulty or incorrect orders will be replaced—please email hello@myido.co.uk with a photo and order number.
• Refills are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
