We strive to provide customer satisfaction in any way we can. If there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at hello@myido.co.uk and we will help you out. Unopened & unused units may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Below is our standard return policy for all items purchased from iDO.

FAULTY OR BROKEN UNIT

Although very rare, faults can happen with orders that are out of our control. Please send us an email at hello@myido.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase and we will look into this and sort it out for you. In your email please provide a photo/video of the fault as well as your original order number. 

Our refills are perishable goods and therefore unreturnable due to hygiene reasons. Again, in unusual circumstances please reach out to us via email. 

RECEIVING THE WRONG ORDER 

In the event that you receive the wrong order ie. wrong color unit or wrong scent please attach a photo of the order you received and email us your correct order details at hello@myido.co.uk. Our apologies and we will have this corrected ASAP.
